Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations of outlet for efficient operations
  • Analyse and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner
  • Addressing customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Developing cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals
  • Ensuring that dining, kitchen and food storage facilities comply with health regulations and clean, functional and of suitable appearance
  • Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all for supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
  • Screening, interviewing, hiring and training restaurant staff
  • Managing restaurant staff’s work schedules 
  • Greeting guests and assisting in taking orders
  • Preparing food according to orders

 

Requirements:

  1. Speaks English and local language (Bahasa Melayu) is a bonus
  2. Must come with a positive attitude
  3. Strong management skills
  4. Adaptable to change and can find alternative solutions
  5. Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • To work closely with outlet manager to make sure outlet and employees are both up to standard needed


Requirements:

  1. Speaks English and local language (Bahasa Melayu) is a bonus

  3. Strong management skills are a bonus but willing to learn is a must
  4. Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing food according to orders
  • Backing up other crew members in their jobs, assist in any area to ensure that the food is being prepared, packaged, and delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Maintaining quality customer service
  • Following food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures

 

Requirements:

  1. Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Supervising kitchen helpers and apprentices
  • Overseeing subordinate personnel in preparation, cooking, and handling of food

  • Assisting in food preparation process
